CGI and VFX For a Movie
THE CHALLENGE
Create VFX and CGI for a feature film sequence involving multiple live animals and large-scale set extensions, all within a single continuous shot. The complexity increased significantly because there were no tracking markers or green screens provided on set, making integration far more demanding.
THE SOLUTION
Manually track the entire sequence, breaking the long take into separate sections to ensure precision and stability before seamlessly compositing them back together. In parallel, several CG animals were modeled, rigged, and animated, carefully matched to the camera movement, lighting, and on-set performances to achieve realistic interaction within the scene.
THE RESULT
A smooth, seamless long take, where all CGI elements blend naturally into the footage—creating the illusion that everything, including the digital components, was captured in a single practical shot.
